What Therapy Looks Like

→ Play-based work that helps children express emotions safely

→ Attachment-focused work that supports connection

→ Support for parents and caregivers through collaboration

→ Therapy that respects your child’s developmental needs

Children communicate through play, emotions, and relationships.

When children struggle with anxiety, big emotions, or changes at home, it can be hard to know what they need or how to help. What often looks like behavior is a child communicating distress without words.

Using play-based, attachment-focused, and relational therapy, I help children feel safer, more regulated, and better understood, while supporting parents and caregivers along the way.

I work with all ages- as young as a year old

I do not accept insurance but can provide documentation for you to submit for potential reimbursement

I offer in-person sessions in West LA and statewide telehealth.

Serving families and individuals in West Los Angeles, including Santa Monica, Brentwood, Century City, and Westwood.
